What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

✅ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
✅ UPI & Net Banking

My payment failed. What should I do?

  • Check your card details and try again.

  • Ensure sufficient balance in your account.

  • If the issue persists, contact your bank or our support team.

Subscription & Plans

  • We do not offer subscription-based plans. Instead, we provide a one-time purchase plan that grants you access to our premium features for 1 year. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals—just a simple, upfront payment for a full year of service. If you wish to continue after 1 year, you can manually renew your plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

  • Reach out our support team.

  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds & Cancellations

We offer refunds in the following cases:

✔️ Accidental duplicate payments
✔️ Technical errors causing overcharges
✔️ Auto-renewal cancellations within 24 hours

Refunds are not provided for:

❌ Partial usage of plans
❌ Change of mind after using services

How to Delete your Account:

Step 1: Open WeMatrimony Mobile App
Step 2: Navigate to MyProfile Page after Sign-in
Step 3: Confirm Deactivation and Click Deactivate Account.
